We gave BT’s sales team the confidence to sell

We designed and delivered BT’s annual sales kick-off, educating and motivating its Global sales force to achieve its targets for the year. The content covered new product launches and training on how to sell the new solutions available.​

Event organisation was still reeling from the pandemic, so rather than the usual approach of bringing all 15,000 members of the sales team to a conference, this kick-off used a hybrid approach, with small groups meeting face-to-face in offices around the world for networking and vendor sessions, whilst the main content was broadcast using Extended Reality, blending live in studio, remote and pre-recorded content. ​​

We managed the end-to-end design and delivery of both events.
