We gave BT’s sales team the confidence to sell
We designed and delivered BT’s annual sales kick-off, educating and motivating its Global sales force to achieve its targets for the year. The content covered new product launches and training on how to sell the new solutions available.
Event organisation was still reeling from the pandemic, so rather than the usual approach of bringing all 15,000 members of the sales team to a conference, this kick-off used a hybrid approach, with small groups meeting face-to-face in offices around the world for networking and vendor sessions, whilst the main content was broadcast using Extended Reality, blending live in studio, remote and pre-recorded content.
We managed the end-to-end design and delivery of both events.
